Alqi Bllako requested release from prison, GJKKO appeal takes decision on former

The hearing in the Court of Appeals against the former MP of the Socialist Party, Alqi Bllakos, has ended.

Blako, through his defense lawyer, called for a softer security measure. The appeal has decided to leave him in prison.

Bllako is accused of gaining about 14 million 600 thousand ALL after falsifying documents to expropriate a land to turn it from arable land into land in cooperation with the former Minister of Environment Lefter Koka and the chairman of the expropriations, Pëllumb Abeshi. The head has been behind bars for more than two months.
