New details have come to light from the murder of former MP Pashko Ujka. It is suspected that the citizen Kristjan Kelmendi, who has been detained by the police as the suspected perpetrator of the murder, is thought to have recently had a conflict with the victim over a debt.
According to police sources, Pashko Ujka sold a house to him a few years ago. That apartment at the time when the family of the former MP lived was engulfed by a fire and one of the family members lost his life there and in this way the former MP decided to sell it.
The buyer is the citizen Kristjan Kelmendi, who had to give a sum of 30 thousand euros to the former deputy for the latter, at that time he said he did not want that money since a family member lost his life there. After this story, recently the victim, due to the problems where he is suspected of having entered into unpaid debts, called the 20-year-old who was in Italy, asking him to give him the amount of 30 thousand euros. The parties debated between them and then 20-year-old Kelmendi is suspected of coming from Italy and guarding the former MP by shooting him on the evening of November 29 near his apartment in a park near the foreign exchange area. The other arrested person, citizen Marjan Kola, 53 years old, who was caught fleeing at the Morina customs towards Kosovo, is suspected of being an accomplice of the 20-year-old in the murder of the former MP and former mayor of Velipoja, Pashko Ujka, who was shot. with a bullet in the upper backbone that took his life.
