A double accident was caused this evening on the Trans-Balkan road, where the driver of the vehicle, trying to leave the scene of the first accident where a woman had crashed, caused a second accident with a "Peugeot" type vehicle.
It is known that the driver who caused the accidents is the citizen Arlind Lagji, the former head of the Customs in Fier, who was recently involved in a scandal where he was accused of beating and threatening a citizen, after he accused him of having an intimate relationship with his wife.
