Other details are revealed from the SPAK file, where the penitent Nuredin Dumani is confessed. The latter also showed the violent theft of Hamit Haxhiaj's apartment by 3 masked persons who presented themselves as anti-drug police.

They broke down the door and went inside, where they found Haxhia's wife who was told that they were carrying out drug checks and threatened that if she moved they would kill her son.

The event was uncovered by the testimony of Nuredin Dumani who said that the robbery of his house was done after he and Talo Çela had information that above the closet, Haxhia had 500 thousand euros. From the robbery, according to the SPAK file, 3 persons came out empty-handed compared to what they claimed to have received. They stole an amount of 2000 euros, 60,000 lek about 500,000 lek of children's savings which were put in a wooden box.

The event took place in the "Popullore" neighborhood in Shijak and exactly in the apartment of Hamit Haxhiat, at the time when the latter left his house to go to Tirana (for his personal problems). Dori na thoshte që personi që jetonte mbi banesën e tij merrej me pulari.

Informacionin e kishte motra e Dorit, e cila kishte hyrje dalje me të zonjën e shtëpisë, e cila i kishte thënë se në dollapë kishte mbi 500.000 Euro. Tek kjo shtëpia ishin dy çuna të vegjël 10 vjeç, zonja e shtëpisë dhe vjehrra. Në këtë ngjarje kemi përdorur një mjet ML ngjyrë blu e errët, e rregullt me targa të vjedhura. Ky mjet ishte në emrin tim. Kemi shkuar në orën 4 të mëngjesit sepse në atë orë dilte i zoti i shtëpisë.

Dera ishte e blinduar dhe Talo e hapi atë 3-5 minuta pasi kishte me vete veglat që hapte dyert. Pasi u hap dera u futëm brenda të gjithë vetëm Gon Qafa ngeli jashtë me automatik në dorë. Sapo kemi hyrë brenda kemi parë plakën që po dilte nga tualeti. Plakën e mbylli Talo në tualet dhe filloi të shante. ...Ata vazhduan kontrollin dhe unë kam ndenjur aty që të mos bërtiste gruaja dhe fëmijët. Me erdhi keq për fëmijët e saj dhe i ledhatova nga faqet. Kur kjo gruaja doli në televizor ka thënë se njëri prej autorëve u soll mirë. Në një kuti kursimesh janë gjetur rreth 3000 Euro dhe jemi larguar. ...Më vonë mora vesh se njeri prej çunave që morri pjesë në grabitje kishte marrë dhe unazat e kësaj zonjës...”, ka thënë Dumani.
