Farmers apply until February 25 to get the oil that until yesterday you paid with taxes, now for free.

If you are a farmer, natural or legal person equipped with NIPT active farmer and with land ownership over 0.4 HA, you now have the opportunity to become part of the oil support scheme from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, applying in e-Albania until on February 25th.

Every year, thousands of farmers depend on subsidizing production costs. An important item of these subsidies is also the coverage of fuel costs. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has developed a scheme dedicated to oil support, presented in a simplified form through e-Albania.

Through this scheme, subsidies for fuel are achieved at a significant percentage, by removing the turnover tax, carbon and excise.

The application is done on the e-Albania website in some very simple steps.
After the applicant enters e-Albania and is identified as "Business" he must select the service "Application for the oil scheme for agriculture". Filling in the electronic form requires determining the address where the agricultural land is located, which should not be less than 0.4 Ha, with plots more than 0.1 Ha. The area of ??the parcel must correspond to the area that this parcel has in the ownership or use documents.
Each beneficiary must prove that it owns or uses agricultural land and must declare the agricultural crops planted or that it intends to plant according to the provisions of the application form, on which is determined the amount of oil that the applicant benefits.
Oil consumption norms for mechanized works and the amount of oil that is obtained free of charge from each beneficiary entity are determined according to agricultural crops / group of crops and the area that is cultivated.
The documents needed to have a correct application are as follows:
For Owned Lands Certificate of Ownership, Asset Card, Indicative Map and Land Acquisition Act (AMTP) are required.
Lands in use require the Land Acquisition Act, Family Certificate of 1.8.1991, Consent Agreement of the majority of agricultural family members and a notarized loan agreement.
Leased land requires a notarized lease contract.

However, this institution has made available to all applicant farmers Agropikat, the offices of the Agricultural Extension Agencies and a toll-free number 0800 83 83, to assist each farmer in completing the application.

The oil support scheme is just one of the mechanisms that the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is applying to keep the Albanian farmer as close to his land as possible, staying close to them at every step.
