Journalist Artan Hoxha said this evening that by removing the cameras from criminal groups that have placed them in cities, they help them find innovative methods to protect themselves.
He emphasized in an interview in "Euronews Albania" that criminal groups did not set up cameras to monitor the police but their opponents.
"Taking away the cameras is only forcing them to find more innovative methods to protect themselves. They don't use them to monitor the police but the opponents. There are others who have placed them legally. Criminal groups, in addition to cameras, also have drones that monitor the area," said Hoxha.
