Security expert Ilir Kulla has dismissed any possibility of a division of northern Kosovo.
Invited to the Review show on Euronews Albania, Kulla emphasized that there will never be a change of borders in the Balkan region. According to him, touching the borders in the region is like starting the Third World War.
He added that these are the territories, only the European principles will be the ones that will decide how the state of the citizens of Kosovo will be.
"There is a doctrine to destroy the state of Kosovo, what are you going to sit down and talk to them about? There is no territorial division in Kosovo. I have said it since the division of Kosovo was discussed, which was a Russian and Serbian project. If I simplify it, here in Albania two brothers when they share the fence, they are in danger and get killed, you understand that it means there is a division of territories in the Balkans. It means starting World War III. There is no separation, this work is forgotten. The territories are these, the European principles are the ones that decide how the state of the citizens is, I have no problem if the speaker of the parliament of Kosovo is a citizen of Kosovo with Serbian nationality, it doesn't bother me at all. Besides, good relations with the Greek minority in Albania and all other minorities don't bother me at all", said Kulla.
