"The investigations are complex"/ The prosecution reacts to the arrest of Alda Klos, the official details are revealed

The Prosecutor's Office of Tirana gives details about the arrest of the former official of the Prime Minister Alda Klosi on the evening of Friday, February 3, while declaring that the investigations related to this case are complex and ongoing.

"In the wake of the investigations and investigative acts administered within the framework of this criminal proceeding, facts and circumstances have emerged that constitute elements of the criminal offense "Refusal to declare, non-declaration, concealment or false declaration of assets, private interests of elected persons and officials public or of any other person who has the legal obligation to declare", "Cleaning of the proceeds of the criminal offense or criminal activity" and False statements before the judicial police officer" provided by articles 257/a, 287 and 305/bi of the Penal Code As above, on the basis of reasonable suspicions based on evidence, the detention of the AK citizen was made, she was put under investigation for the consumption of the elements of these criminal offenses", the announcement states.

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, on 27.12.2022, registered criminal proceedings no. 9220 year 2022 for the criminal offense "Theft" of property that has brought serious consequences provided by Article 134/3 of the Criminal Code and "Cleaning of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity" provided for by Article 287 of the Criminal Code, in charge of RD and HD citizens

Procedim penal i mësipër,m është regjistruar pasi më datë 15.12.2022, është njoftuar Salla Operative e Policisë Tiranë se në Rrugën e “Kosovarëve”, është vjedhur banesa e shtetases A.K. Në kuadër të veprimeve hetimore të kryera nga organi i prokurorisë në bashkëpunim me Policinë e Shtetit, është krijuar bindja e bazuar në prova se autorët e dyshuar për kryerjen e veprës penale janë shtetasit R. D. dhe H. D., ndaj të cilëve me kërkesë te prokurorisë, Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë ka vendos masën e sigurimit “Arrest në burg”.

Në vazhdën e hetimeve dhe akteve hetimore të administruara në kuadër të këtij procedimi penal, kanë rezultuar fakte e rrethana që përbëjnë elementë të veprave penale “Refuzimi për deklarimin, mosdeklarimin fshehjen ose deklarimi i rremë i pasurive, interesave private të personave të zgjedhur e nëpunësve publikë ose i çdo personi tjetër që ka detyrimin ligjor për deklarim”, “Pastrim i produkteve të veprës penale ose veprimtarisë kriminale” dhe “ Deklaratat e rreme përpara oficerit të policisë gjyqësore” parashikuar nga nenet 257/a, 287 e 305/b i K. Penal. Sa sipër, mbi bazën e dyshimeve të arsyeshme të bazuara në prova, është bërë ndalimi i shtetases A.K., e vënë nën hetim për konsumimin e elementeve të këtyre veprave penale.

Me urdhrin e datës 03.02.2023, është regjistruar në regjistrin e veprave penale, emri i shtetases A. K., e dyshuar për kryerjen e veprave penale “Refuzimi për deklarimin, mosdeklarimin fshehjen ose deklarimi i rremë, i pasurive, interesave private të personave të zgjedhur e nëpunësve publikë ose i çdo personi tjetër që ka detyrimin ligjor për deklarim”, “Pastrim i produkteve të veprës penale ose veprimtarisë kriminale” dhe “Deklarata të rreme përpara oficerit të policisë gjyqësore” parashikuar nga nenet 257/a, 287 e 305/b i K. Penal.

Hetimet në lidhje me ketë rast janë komplekse dhe në vijim, duke garantuar se Prokuroria është maksimalisht e angazhuar dhe do të kryejë çdo veprim hetimor me qëllim zbardhjen e plotë të kësaj veprimtarie kriminale, dhe vënien përpara përgjegjësisë te çdo personi të përfshirë në të.
