Jeton Lami, the former operational officer arrested for 'abuse of duty', after accompanying the much-wanted Ervis Martinaj on the day of his disappearance, will remain in prison. Meanwhile, the Prosecutor's Office of Kurbin has appealed to the Supreme Court with the request for permission to interrogate the detainee, in relation to the investigations that the prosecutor's office is conducting after the family members of Ervis Martinaj reported that they have lost contact with him. Jeton was arrested on August 24 of last year at the request of the Prosecutor's Office of Laçi, for the charge of "Abuse of duty", while the prosecution postponed the investigation for the former police officer Jeton Lami by another 3 months.
