The Supreme State Audit, during the exercise of financial audit and compliance in the Ministry of Health and Social Protection has found violations committed by eight officials of MSHMS, institutions under it, as well as two employees of ATRAKO, regarding the procedure for “Concession / public private partnership, for providing laboratory service to university, regional and municipal hospitals of Saranda and Lushnja” as well as the procurement procedure for “Purchase of patient monitor for anti-covid measures”.

The audit of the above-mentioned concession procedure revealed illegal actions of seven employees, members of the Concession Awarding Commission / PPP, actions that are contrary to the legal obligations attributed to this commission, as well as the legal provisions governing the procedure. of the concession in question.

Also from the procurement procedure for "Purchase of patient monitor for anti-covid measures" were found a series of violations committed by three employees, members of the Bid Evaluation Commission, contrary to legal provisions for public procurement, as well as compliance regular duty of KVO member.

In relation to these violations, the Supreme State Audit Office has reported to the Special Prosecutor's Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime ten employees mentioned above for the criminal offense "Violation of equality of participants in public tenders or auctions", provided by Article 258 of the Criminal Code. .
