"Kosovo fell into Vu?i?'s trap"/ The MP uncovers the behind-the-scenes and reveals what is expected to happen with the Ohrid Agreement

MP Xhavit Haliti, one of the founders of KLA, told Euronews Albania that the government of Kosovo has fallen into the trap prepared by Serbian President Aleksandër Vucic. According to him, President Vucic's goal was to cause these riots in order to avoid dialogue.
"It seems to me that our government has fallen into Vu?i?'s trap, to create problems in order for them not to continue the dialogue. With 100 votes, it seems difficult for me to function as an institution in a country where more than 90% are citizens of the Serbian community and, moreover, they are listening to Belgrade, and when I say this, I think that the situation can have a negative impact." - said Xhavit Haliti.
Asked if this situation could affect the "Ohrt Agreement", Haliti said that Vucic will be absent from the meetings for some time, but there is no reason for the talks to be interrupted.
"I think that Vucic will be absent from the meetings for a while and then the talks will continue, as it makes no sense not to continue the talks. The problem is whether this government will be accepted and whether the mayors elected only by the votes of Albanians and minority communities will be accepted and how will this continue. Will this continue with police? Who will this serve?", said Xhavit Haliti.
