Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu says that Albania differs from Kosovo in many ways.

According to him, in Kosovo they have respect for the law and the state.

"We have lived in different states and regimes. In Kosovo they have the feeling of private property, in Albania the land is stolen, the land is occupied, they don't even respect each other's property. In Kosovo it is different, they come from a different regime. They have always worked their land, their property, while in Albania we lost the tradition for this.
