"We have an increase in cases due to seasonality, in autumn and winter there is the highest number of chicken pox cases".

Dermatologist Ermal Sina explains that chicken pox is an acute contagious disease that spreads excessively in kindergartens and schools. Therefore, to break the chain of infection, it is required to keep sick children at home.

"It is also related to contacts, since it affects children, due to the collectivity we have an increase in cases"

The doctor also gives some advice on medication and hygiene.

"Parents should not take them to schools and kindergartens, make the children drink liquids and visit the doctor to determine the correct diagnosis and treatment", hoped Erma Sina, dermatologist at the polyclinic in Fier.
