The Kosovo-Serbia agreement, Washington reacts

Adrienne Watson, spokeswoman for the US National Security Council, has reacted to the March 18 meeting in Ohrid, in which Prime Minister Kurti and Serbian President Vu?i? agreed to implement the agreement agreed on February 27 in Brussels.

In a post on her Twitter profile, Watson welcomed the agreement to implement the agreement.

"We welcome the agreement facilitated by the EU and supported by the US on the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, and we call on both parties to start implementing their obligations as soon as possible." it says in her reaction.

The head of diplomacy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, declared that after 12 hours of talks, Kosovo and Serbia have reached an agreement on the European proposal.

"Kosovo and Serbia have agreed on the implementation of the annex to the agreement on the path towards the normalization of relations between them", he said, referring to the European proposal that the parties accepted on February 27 in Brussels.
