Minister of Defense of Kosovo: The attack, a genuine military plan for a gradual invasion

The Minister of Defense of Kosovo, Ejup Macedonci in a television interview said that the government of Kosovo has provided evidence and facts that prove that what happened on Sunday in Banjska was not a well-organized military plan to occupy a part of the territory in the north of Kosovo .

The Macedonian said that what was initially perceived as a terrorist attack turned out to be a military plan that would be gradually implemented by paramilitary units directly assisted by the Serbian state and army.

"At first it looked like a terrorist attack, but after finding the weapons and documents, it turns out that it is a genuine military plan that had to be implemented by paramilitary units assisted by the Serbian state. The plans they found have completely military technical marks, the weapons were meant to last longer, to defend themselves with the final goal of conquering a part of the north of Kosovo. They are weapons that are used by different armies, all produced in the Republic of Serbia, that are not weapons that are sold to individuals, but are intended for the army that wants a state approval for their sale. That's why the Serbian army has sponsored them and helped them in the whole operation", said the minister.
