There have been some changes in the Local Police in the city of Shkodra. It is announced that the deputy director of the local police of Shkodra, Lorenc Meta, will no longer be in this position.
Senior police officials have decided to transfer Lorenc Meta to the general directorate in another position as a specialist.
Sources close to the police suggest that this transfer of Lorenc Meta is also related to a series of recent events in Shkodra.
Lorenc Meta served for a long time in Shkodra as the number two police officer but will now have to hold another post.
Meanwhile, Kujtim Gjoka has been appointed in his place, who previously was in the local police of Lezha and has already been appointed as a senior director in the police of Shkodra.
