Changes in the matura examinations, the details are clarified, here is what can happen to the graduates
Written by SOT.COM.AL 2 Shkurt 2023
On June 1, the first state matura exam will take place, while the last one will be on June 19. But this year there are changes in the regulations.
After the continuous demands of the graduates, who had turned the possibility of re-evaluation of the test into a main issue, this year they will be given the opportunity not only to see the corrected test but also to re-evaluate it.
The graduate will have the right to request a photocopy of the test, 1 day after the announcement of the preliminary results of all exams. He must then submit the request for re-evaluation to the school where he is registered, on July 3. The photocopies of the submitted tests will be reviewed by two teachers only for the appealed questions and they will decide whether to pass them for QSHA re-evaluation. It will be this institution that will re-evaluate the test and announce the results no later than July 7.
Another change is the decision to conduct the exams in halls with large enough spaces for at least 150 graduates and for every 15-20 graduates, there will be an exam administrator. In these environments, there should be no tables or other materials related to the subject being given the exam.
On the other hand, the rules for transferability continue to remain in force. If the graduate gets less than 25% of the points, he is considered a failure. The graduate will be excluded from the exam if he is caught using a cell phone, changes his assigned seat or communicates with other graduates. The result will not be recognized if the test is damaged or distinctive signs are placed, as well as if a partial or complete copy is verified during the evaluation. In completing the exam, the graduate must use a pen of one color, black or blue.
They must appear at the exam center 1 hour and 30 minutes before the start of the exam and must have an identification document with them.
