This driver posted the video on social networks. A disciplinary investigation has already started against the police officer for a serious violation.

After the publication on social networks, of a video in which a driver is shown who was using a mobile phone while driving and without wearing a seat belt, while the Police officer found it but did not impose an administrative measure on him in fulfilling his functional duties, The director of the Fier Local Police Directorate has immediately suspended Inspector I. Ç., an employee of the General Patrol of the Lushnjë Police Station.
