Finland is again the happiest country in the world. This is according to the World Happiness Report, which has several criteria to determine the happiness of a country such as social support, income, health, freedom, generosity and lack of corruption.

This website uses global survey data to report how people rate their lives in more than 150 countries around the world.

For the sixth consecutive year, Finland tops the list, followed by Denmark, Iceland, Israel, the Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Luxembourg and New Zealand.

Lithuania is the only new country to make the top twenty, but Afghanistan and war-torn Lebanon remain two of the most dissatisfied countries in the survey. Meanwhile, as far as Albania is concerned, our country ranks 83rd.

Far ahead of us are neighboring countries such as Montenegro, Greece, but also Kosovo, which ranks 34th, very close to Italy and Spain. While North Macedonia ranks below us and is positioned in 87th place.
