Even though it has been reported in the news that the former Prosecutor General Adriatik Llalla has received political asylum in Italy, SPAK confirms that they do not have such information and that the extradition process is ongoing for them. Altin Dumani, the head of SPAK, said today that the process continues in Italy for the extradition of the former chief prosecutor, Adriatik Llalla, while adding that he is confident that he will return to our country to serve his sentence.
"Adriatik Llalla has benefited from the Court of Appeal in Rome to receive a passport in order to move within Italian territory. The process continues in Italy for the extradition of the former chief prosecutor of Albania, Adriatik Llalla", Dumani said in today's communication with journalists.
