But what is the new evidence on which the police ask the prosecution to reopen the January 21 file? Interior Minister Bledi Çuçi, invited to the Information Radar on "ABC", said that the evidence that has never been exhausted is the bullet that hit Aleks Nika.

The minister said a re-examination was requested, as he believes the development of technology will reveal where the bullet came from, how it came from and from which weapon it was fired.

Unexpectedly the movement of the police, why did you now send the file to the prosecutor's office?

It is not unexpected but because it gets more attention because of the 10th anniversary, so the news "gets given", if we would use a popular expression. The police had the file, they performed some other actions and at this moment they saw it reasonable, that with this evidence in hand, the conviction is created that the file can be reopened.

The police have no evidence, have sent it to the prosecution to reconsider some circumstances, is there new evidence?

It is a test that has never been exhausted. That is the bullet that hit Alex Nika. This is an inexhaustible test because with the development of technology before 10 years it has been impossible for experts to answer questions. Now the police think and are convinced that they can answer, expertise makes it possible also due to the development of technology, in relation to the bullet found in Nika's body. Expertise can bring new developments. The word may not be certain, but technology has advanced a lot and it would clarify many things, if I prove with scientific evidence, with scientific expertise I will prove where the bullet came from, how it came from and from which weapon it was fired. This completely brings the issue to a new situation.

This seems like political will?

It is the will for justice.

Në datën 20 është çuar kërkesa prokurorisë për ta rimarrë edhe njëherë këtë provë, si indicie për të zbardhur një nga 4 vrasjet, e Aleks Nikës, është e pa ezauruar. Fatkeqësisht drejtësia e varrosi këtë cështje dhe ka lënë shumë pak hapësira për t’u vendosur drejtësia e vërtetë, një nga ato është mos ezauruimi i kësaj pjese.

Ne kemi shpresë dhe nuk do të vdesë shpresa jonë për të vendosur drejtësi.

Po. Për të zbardhur një nga ngjarjet më të rënda.

Ne kemi që nga 21 janari i 2011 që themi nuk do të heqim dorë nga kjo cështje. Nuk jemi as gjykatës as prokuror.

Janë procedurat.

Duket se Rama po bën të njëjtën gjë për të cilën ka kritikuar Metën, a duhet të ketë një komision?

Ato janë proceduar sipas të gjitha rregullave në fuqi, nuk ka asnjë kapërcim të procedurave

Për procedurë, do të ketë proces zhvarrosje dhe varroje te varrezat e dëshmorëve?
