Two people are being prosecuted in Durrës, the police are revealing the details

Two people have been prosecuted for illegal logging in Cape Rodoni, Durrës.

The police caught the citizens in flagrante delicto:

AZ, 53 years old, resident in Shetaj, Durrës, who had a chainsaw for cutting trees and a vehicle for their transport.

GV, 32 years old, resident in Ndraç, Durrës, who was caught red-handed in Cape Rodoni, transporting timber by vehicle. This citizen was also found with a chainsaw with which he had illegally cut down trees in Cape Rodon.

These citizens were prosecuted for the criminal offense "Illegal logging".

Also seized as material evidence, two chainsaws, two vehicles, and two cubic meters of timber.

The materials were forwarded to the Durrës Judicial District Prosecutor's Office for further action.
