Stays in the cell for the incinerator affair/ Former senior official makes the emergency move. The most recent decision is clarified

The former official of the Albanian Football Federation, Arben Dervishaj, who is in the cell as being involved in the incinerator affair, has requested freedom in the Supreme Court.

Dervishaj held the position of supervisor of works at the Fier incinerator and appealed to the Supreme Court. Dervishaj claims that there are no legal conditions and criteria to be investigated under the security measure of arrest in prison.

He had requested a change of measure several times at the two levels of the Special Court, but his requests were rejected.

GJKKO previously accepted the request for the appointment of medical experts who would determine the risk of staying behind bars or not. It is learned that the 3 expert doctors appeared earlier in court to make their evaluations.

According to SPAK's investigations, Arben Dervishaj, the official of the ASF, in the role of supervisor, has confirmed with his company that the works in the incinerator of Fier have been carried out, while the in-depth investigations have shown that the work situations were not as were declared by Dervishaj.

He has benefited over 740 thousand dollars or 744 million old lek for the consultancy given to the incinerators, the owner of the companies to Klodian Zotos.
