How much lek should be paid for the 800 KW band? Over 80% of citizens have no idea, here is their answer

Despite the discussion to enforce the 800 KW hour band on household consumers, Albanians still do not have accurate information on how this consumption band will be translated into financial value.

Only 18.3% of them correctly answered the Barometer question "do you know how much lek a family has to pay if it consumes 800 KW?" This percentage was answered correctly, which coincides with the real value of the 800 KW bill, which is 9.1 to 10 thousand new lek.

In the answers to this question, it is impressive that 44.1% answered "I don't know". While 4.3% think that 800 KW is equivalent to 10.1 to 11 thousand new ALL, 14.9% think that 800 KW is equivalent to 8.1 to 9 thousand new ALL.

From all the findings of the Barometer on this question, it is clear that despite the long discussion at all public and political levels, of setting the 800 KW band for family consumers, a very small part of them really understand what financial cost this band has.

In another graph, the citizens, in a large part of them, are clear that the price of electricity has not yet increased. There are 81.8% who answered "no" to the question "regarding your bills, has the price of energy you pay increased?"

13.6% of them answered "yes" to this question, and 4.6% answered "I don't know".
