Today, Albania concludes the second and last Presidency of the United Nations Security Council, while Foreign Minister Igli Hasani has reacted to this on the X social network.
Hasani said that the focus of this SC presidency from Albania was the urgent need to support international law and the UN Charter, as well as the acceleration of humanitarian aid around the world.
He said that Albania is proud to have successfully led the Security Council in such a critical period.
"Albania concludes today the second and last Presidency of the United Nations Security Council, the focus of which was the urgent need to support international law and the UN Charter, as well as the acceleration of humanitarian aid around the world. We feel proud that we have successfully led the Security Council in such a critical period", he said.
