The former US special representative for Kosovo-Serbia talks, Frank Wisner, said in an interview that Serbia should respect Kosovo during the dialogue process.
According to him, the dialogue should not be blamed for the situation between Kosovo and Serbia as it is simply a form of negotiation.
"What we are talking about is the political will of the two governments to deal seriously and sincerely with this dialogue and to make the appropriate consensuses. Instead of saying that the dialogue is failing, let's go back to what happened in Ohrid.
The Ohrid Agreement is highlighting a possible solution which has been decided and agreed upon and now it is up to both parties, especially Serbia, to implement that agreement, which means that diplomacy must continue on the part of the EU and on the of the USA in order to coordinate this work," said Wisner.
