Law and order situation in the country/ Former head of the Prosecution of Serious Crimes: Weapons are used in the middle of the city

Law and order situation in the country/ Former head of the Prosecution of

The former head of the Prosecution of Serious Crimes, Eugen Beci, has stated that many criminal events in the country remain unpunished. While he was invited to the "Log" show, Beci said that in recent weeks, crime in the country has hit hard. He added that the criminal situation in the country is serious and according to him the law enforcement bodies have not separated from the concept that Albania will hold the elections on May 14.

Nako:It is not a kind of first standard in general. To begin with, maybe I speak a little theoretically. In Albania, we have a whole social layer, which is composed of individuals with a criminal past who have created some kind of economic potential and are not necessarily users of violence. This layer is close to politics and uses what is called money. This metamorphosis has created a very strong layer in our country. This type of layer also drives criminality. He plays all the roles. It plays the roles of compromiser and ally. It uses micro-crime and criminality on the move. We had moments of crisis when these people got rich. This kind of layer for the sake of truth is enriched with a second layer. Unfortunately, even the criminal market is a small market in our country. We are aware that we have a large amount of individuals in the diaspora who deal with criminality. This money earned will be invested somewhere. Albanian crime has a solid base in its own country. I personally can't speak, but in general security issues are a matter of perception. The general perception is that in the field of construction, it is a money that is generated.

Beci: There is a concrete fact that in the last three weeks criminality has hit hard. We have events that have also affected the freedom of the media, where the way the crime was committed has severely compromised security. The order in the country has been seriously disturbed. Crime without punishment is sure to breed more crime. We have an event in Don Bosco where a woman was left dead due to an attack. We have today's event which shows that stability and order still have serious problems. Weapons are used in the middle of the city. Old conflicts lead to self-judgment. Punishment, detection of the perpetrators of the crime. You have the event of Don Bosco, for which we have a clear motive but no definite author. In the TCH event we have none of them. All law-enforcement bodies are not separated from the concept that Albania will hold elections.

Bregu: To get some information, very quickly. What I tell the girl, the police tell me where to find the perpetrators. We have many criminal events and we have no perpetrators. If we don't find the perpetrators, the situation will get worse and worse. When I go to Kosovo there is an expression, "now" and if they told you this expression, there is nothing. We have an expertise that we see in matters of reports, in matters of levels.
