The lawyer of the former mayor of Durrës Vangjush Dako, Petrit Ismaili, gave a statement this evening from the Police Directorate of Tirana.
According to him, the charges against Dako are "Abuse of duty" for two different cases.
"The decision of the first-instance court was just executed that sentenced Dako to prison. The accusations are one, for abuse of office in two cases, a report by some residents of a building who claim that there was a violation, and one on the eve of the 2021 elections, by Ferdinad Xhaferri.
