Getting rid of excess body weight is a challenge that sometimes gets quite tiring and most people lose patience.

You are following the diet regularly and weighing yourself day by day, but you do not see any change. At this time, you are ready to give up.

This is very wrong as you should never think that excess weight goes away so quickly, so we advise you to better test your weight once a week, rather than once in 24 hours.

Each of us wants to lose weight, but first we must understand that losing weight is a "skill" in itself, because in most cases if we strain the body, it will suffer more damage than it will lose weight.

Sometimes, you look so bored with your bodies, that you seek to become stylish as soon as possible, leaving yourself hungry, but beware! This can bring you pro bleme, as it will slow down your metabolism and cause physical weakness.

One of the best folk doctors in Albania, Ylli Merja, advises that you should at all costs eat regularly so that the body never lacks glucose, which turns into energy to keep us "alive".

He adds that most people who have tried to lose weight very quickly, have caused damage to the body and in particular have created gallstones, as too fast weight loss creates a lot of impurities that can adversely affect your internal organs.

Cabbage contains vitamins, antioxidants and helps in weight loss. Nettles, avocados, corn mustaches, woodpeckers are plants that remove excess water in the body and help digest fats under the skin.

If you are going to use slimming tea, use it like this:
Slimming tea is used like this: 1 packet is poured into 2 liters of boiling water, left to simmer for 2 minutes, and cooled for about 20 minutes.

Drain and store the tea in the refrigerator. Consume 3 times a day after meals….

Ylli Merja recommends that all people who want to lose weight, consume all meals, as well as eat intermediate meals, where it should be emphasized that the most important meal should be breakfast.

Breakfast:
In a dish add 1 cup of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of linseed oil, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1 teaspoon of honey. Leave to soften for 5-10 minutes and be consumed as breakfast.

A very important tip is that after 19:00 in the afternoon, do not consume anything anymore. You can drink a sugar-free, non-carbonated juice, or eat a small amount of fruit but no other food.

Foods to give up:
Categorically if you want to lose weight, you should not consume sweets, beer or wine, minimize sugar to half a teaspoon per day (including sugar in coffee / tea); pastries of the type: pasta, white bread, ready-made biscuits, fried foods. The next step to losing weight is movement.

It is important to lead an active life. Although the work environment may deprive you, you should do 1 hour of walking at least 3 times a week. Lack of movement weakens the muscles of the body which become soft.

Fluids to be consumed:
Water consumption should be 1.5-2 liters of water per day. This includes tea or fruit juices. You should not consume fizzy liquids during this period, as they contain a lot of sugar.

You can use coffee, as it contains chlorogenic acid which helps to melt fats under the skin. Foods you can use are meat, eggs, yogurt, various supra, etc.

Fiber-rich fruits and vegetables help in better absorption of nutritional values ??and aid in defecation. Protein can be obtained from chicken and fish meat, but eggs also contain many amino acids and are advised to be used daily.
