Tritoli in the house of Armand Duka / 34-year-old businessman arrested, Police come out with official reaction

Durrës police has provided official information for the arrest of 34-year-old Arlen Hasanaj, as the suspected perpetrator of placing tritol in the outer gate of the apartment of the head of FSHF Armand Duka.

Following the actions carried out by the special investigative group consisting of the investigative structures of DVP Durrës and the Serious Crimes Directorate in the Criminal Police Department in the State Police, under the direction of the Durrës Judicial District Prosecutor's Office, the arrest was made in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses "Destruction of property with explosives" and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", of the citizen Arlen Hasana, 34 years old, resident in neighborhood no. 4, Durrës.

The arrest of this citizen was made after, from the first investigative actions, it is suspected that he is the author of placing tritol in the outer gate of the apartment of the citizen Armand Duka, event that occurred on 24.01.2022.

The special investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecution, is continuing the work to fully clarify the circumstances of the event and provide other legal evidence.

The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office at the Durrës Court of First Instance, for further action.
