Sajmir Tahir's lawyer, Dritan Jahaj, revealed from the studio of the show Revieë in Euronea Albania the restrictions and rights that the former minister is allowed to do during the time that he will serve the remaining sentence in the apartment.

The lawyer said that Tahiri can move from the apartment to fulfill all those needs related to the care of the children, health problems, but also for their education.

Also, according to the lawyer, Tahiri can be employed during this time if he needs it, but also continue certain studies. He emphasized that every movement of Tahir must be approved by the probation service and the permission of the court.

"Now the law has determined the cases when it gives the opportunity under such conditions to realize all those needs related to the care of children, health problems and their education. But there is also the right for the needs of education, continuing studies or employment, but always this way is realized with the probation service. Then the court decides again. In the case of employment, if Saimir Tahiri will seek work due to family needs, he will be addressed to the probation service and then the court will decide if he is allowed. So the decisions are made with the agreement of the probation service and with the permission of the court", said the lawyer.
