ACCUSATIONS AGAINST HENRIK HOXHAJ
Henrik Hoxhaj, born on 01.07.1982, son of Sali and Fiko, born and living in Fier, Neighborhood 15 Tetori, Street: "Rauf Nallbani", male, of Albanian nationality and citizenship, with secondary education, unemployed , with divorced civil status, with previous judicial conviction for "Failure to report a crime" and "Illegal possession of weapons", identified by the system with personal number I20701099K, currently detained for another criminal offense, suspected of committing criminal offenses to:
2.1 "Intentional premeditated murder", to the detriment of the victim of the criminal offense Filip Gjeloshi (event of 05.02.2011 in the city of Tirana) and "Illegal production and possession of weapons and ammunition", committed in collaboration special in the form of a structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization", provided by Articles 78, 22 and 278/1 of the Criminal Code, 28/4, 333 / a and 334 of the Criminal Code;
2.2 "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", against two or more persons, committed more than once, "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", to the detriment of victims Dorjan Shkoza and Angelo Avdia (event that took place on 02.03.2020) and to the detriment of the victims Besmir Haxhia and Viktor Haxhia (event that took place on 27.04.2020 in the city of Durrës) committed in special cooperation with that of the structured criminal group, “Group of structured criminal ”, (in the role of participant) and“ Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group ”provided by Articles 79 / d / dh, 278/1, 28/4, 333 / a / 2 and 334 of the Criminal Code .
2.3 "Premeditated Murder" and "Illegal Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition", "Structured Criminal Group" and "Participation in a Structured Criminal Group" provided by Articles 78/2, 278/1 , 28/4, 333 / ae 334 of the Criminal Code (murder to the detriment of the victim Emiliano Ramazani on 20 July 2020 in the neighborhood 28 Nëntori, Elbasan).
2.4 "Premeditated murder", committed for interest, attempted, to the detriment of the citizen Lulzim Masha (event that took place in Tirana) "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosives and ammunition", "Structured group" criminal '' and "Committing criminal offenses by a structured criminal group and criminal organization '' provided by Articles 78/2, 278/1, 28/4, 333 / ae 334 of the Criminal Code.
2.5“Sigurimi i kushteve dhe i mjeteve materiale për të kryer vrasje”, në dëm të shtetasit Indrit Dokle, kryer në bashkëpunimin e posaçëm të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal”, “Kryerja e veprave penale nga grupi i strukturuar kriminal dhe organizata kriminale”, parashikuar nga nenet 80, 28/4, 333/a/2, 334 të Kodit Penal.
2.6 Sigurimi i kushteve dhe i mjeteve materiale për të kryer vrasje”, në dëm të shtetasit Elton Kila (i thirrur Oti), kryer në bashkëpunimin e posaçëm të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal”, “Kryerja e veprave penale nga grupi i strukturuar kriminal dhe organizata kriminale”, parashikuar nga nenet 80, 28/4, 333/a/2, 334 të Kodit Penal.
2.7“Shkatërrim i pronës me eksploziv” në dëm të banesës së shtetasit Talo Çela (ngjarje e ndodhur në datën 05.11.2020) dhe “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municionit”, kryer në bashkëpunimin e posaçëm në formën e grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Kryerja e veprave penale nga grupi i strukturuar kriminal dhe organizata kriminale”, parashikuar nga nenet 152 dhe 278/1, 28/4, 333/a dhe 334 të Kodit Penal.
2.8“Sigurimi i kushteve dhe i mjeteve materiale për të kryer vrasje”, në dëm të shtetasit Sokol Sanxhaktari, kryer në bashkëpunimin e posaçëm të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal”, “Kryerja e veprave penale nga grupi i strukturuar kriminal dhe organizata kriminale”, parashikuar nga nenet 80, 28/4, 333/a/2, 334 të Kodit Penal.
