The murder of Arjan Spahia, in Molenbek, Belgium in 2020, seems to have a spy within the ranks of the group that was led by Saphia himself and Erjon Alibej in Elbasan.

The name of "Fati Koç" came from the testimony of the SPAK prosecutor's associate, who indicated that "Fati" is the son of Eljo Bitri's aunt, another person arrested in Belgium on account of the "Dumani" file.
According to the confession of Nuredin Duman, "Fati" is in prison in Belgium and is 45 years old, about 175 cm tall and is fat and fat.

Due to this testimony, SPAK addressed a short time ago with a letter to the Belgian Justice, to identify the person named "Fati Koçi", who, according to Duman, is in prison.
Investigations are currently underway in Albania, where many people are being verified by SPAK. While some of them have been taken as defendants and sent to court.
