Referring to the investigative data from SPAK, it is learned that in the event that took place on March 29, Nuredin Dumani is suspected of being betrayed and ambushed. It turns out that the only one who knew about Nuredin Dumani's movements, was his collaborator Henrik Hoxhaj, also arrested after the event that took place in Papër, Elbasan. Sources say that from the investigative data of SPAK, it results that Henrik Hoxhaj has ambushed Nuredin Duman. The data show that Henrik Hoxhaj was contacted by members of the criminal group of Talo Çela, to ambush Nuredin Dumani in Papër, Elbasan.

Asked in SPAK about the March 29 event where Nuredin Dumani was injured, Henrik Hoxhaj raised the alibi that he and Duman had gone to Elbasan to kill businessman Elton Kila. Dumani initially contacted Henrik Hoxhaj to kill Elton Kilan (Otin of Elbasan), but since Henrik was not finding the "message" Nuredini came from Kosovo himself.

The same sources say that Henrik Hoxhaj gave the exact coordinates of Nuredin Duman to the assassins, who are suspected to have been ordered by Talo Çela to kill Duman. Regarding the assassination of Nuredin Dumani, it was stated that three masked people who were driving a "Benz" car with the old license plates of Elbasan were shot. One of the masked persons is suspected to have been the citizen Fatos Gosa.

Nuredin Dumani was shot in the back and seriously injured in the assassination. He called Henrik Hoxhaj and told him that he was injured. Henrik Hoxhaj then went to the place where Dumani was injured and then they were transferred to Fier to the apartment where they were caught by the police. Dumani, who was injured after receiving preliminary treatment, raised suspicions with his friend and collaborator Henrik Hoxhaj, because according to him only he knew about the location. Dumani has raised suspicions that he was betrayed by Henrik Hoxhaj and has turned these suspicions into conviction. In cooperation with his girlfriend from Kosovo, Nuredin Dumani, being in a serious health condition, it turns out that he called the police himself, indicating his location and enabling the arrest of him and his friend who is suspected of betraying him, Henrik Hoxhaj.
