New details have come to light regarding the rape of the director of OSHEE in Lezhë, Edmir Përndeca, yesterday evening by persons, still unidentified.
As a result of the preliminary investigative actions, it is known that this has to do with an intentional incident due to duty, since the perpetrators followed Prendreca's movements and shot him with hard objects.
It is learned that the perpetrators of the attack broke the arm and leg of the director of OSHEE. The latter was sent to the Trauma hospital in Tirana for more specialized treatment. His attack comes after intensive checks by OSHEE for theft or illegal connection of electricity.
We remind you that Edmir Përndeca has been appointed director of the Electricity Distribution Operator Unit in Lezhë for more than 1 year, while he has a long career as an engineer at this institution.
