Russia does not stop, bombs Lysychansk, Ukrainians prepare for battle with Russian soldiers

Russian forces have bombed the main highway in Lysychansk today, completely destroying it. The road connected Lysychansk and the town of Bakhmut, 55 km southwest.

Luhansk regional governor Serhiy Haidai, in a status on social media, said that Lysychansk is still controlled by Ukrainian forces, despite constant Russian attacks.

The hit city is preparing for a possible street battle with Russian troops fighting Ukrainian soldiers in the city of Severodonetsk, across the river, writes aljazeera.
