The attack in Banjska/ Another significant amount of weapons is found in the north of Kosovo, the police clarify the details

The Kosovo Police, following the controls after the September 24 attack, seized a significant amount of weapons, such as bulletproof vests, cartridges, hats, gloves, masks, hand grenades, radios.

Today, on 30.09.2023, the control of the terrain that includes the village of Brezne - Zveçan, the mountainous part used by the attackers, was carried out, which resulted in the finding and seizure of a significant amount of heavy weapons, ammunition and equipment various military. The items found and seized were recorded according to the findings on the ground, which are as follows:

After documentation and packaging, all material evidence was withdrawn by forensics, to continue with further procedures in cooperation and coordination with the justice bodies. The Kosovo Police will continue with its commitments in carrying out police tasks and activities, in the interest of preserving the constitutional order and providing security to citizens without distinction.
