A 28-year-old woman in Ecuador has died suddenly while exercising at the gym. According to initial estimates, Betsy Dayana Jaramillo Ramirez suffered a cardiac arrest while at the gym.
The event happened on November 29.
A security camera caught Ramirez doing squats when he suddenly passed out and fell face down.
Those present at the gym immediately ran to help the 28-year-old until the ambulance arrived.
Although Ramirez was rushed to the hospital, there were no signs of life when he arrived. The doctors could not do anything and declared him dead.
