ATP list, 146 former owners receive money for lands affected by informal settlements, here are the names

The Property Treatment Agency has whitewashed the list of names of former owners who will be financially compensated for lands occupied by informal settlements. Yesterday, the Agency published on its official website the announcement, which indicates that the compensation fund in value is ready for the owners of real estate, private property, affected by informal constructions. According to the announcement, 146 former owners will benefit from this installment, who meet all the criteria required by the law on compensation. It is immediately informed that the amount of compensation is determined through the decision of the Council of Ministers and in this case the former owners are beneficiaries of the first installment up to those who benefit in the fifth installment from this issue. Amount to be distributed

The announcement shows that the amount distributed to all beneficiaries in total is over 295 million ALL. The agency clarifies that the amount to be distributed is decided based on the law on compensations, given how much each of the former owners on the list benefits.
