Vendimi bën të ditur për të gjithë aplikantët se, në rast se gjatë konstatohet se: kërkesa shoqërohet me të meta, njofton kërkuesin për plotësimin e tyre brenda afatit 10 ditor. Në rast të mosplotësimit të të metave brenda afatit, drejtori vendor del me vendim mbi mospranimin e kërkesës.
