The government's decision on end-of-year bonuses for retirees and those who are treated with economic assistance is clarified, here are the categories that benefit

Since the beginning of December, the rewards for the end of the year holidays have started. In the meantime, the government's decisions on the awarding of bonuses for the New Year's holidays have been published in the Official Gazette. Pensioners with old-age, disability, family and social pensions have benefited from compensation in the amount of ALL 5,000. The financial effects of this measure are calculated at 3.5 billion ALL. According to the decision, bonuses will be transferred to pensioners' accounts in December 2022 and will be paid during this month. In cases where effective payments are not made within December 2022, they will be paid during the following year. Unclaimed rewards are prescribed after 36 months from the date of approval of this decision. This year's end-of-year bonus package also includes families with economic assistance and those with disabilities. These categories will be rewarded in the amount of 3,000 ALL. The financial effects, derived from the implementation of this decision, are calculated in the amount of 399 million ALL. The third category of beneficiaries will be the persons who benefit from disability pension, the compensation for them is in the amount of 6,000 ALL. The financial effects, resulting from the implementation of this decision, are calculated in the amount of 397 million ALL and are covered by the reserve fund of the budget for the year 2022.

Pensioners

Familjet që trajtohen me ndihmë ekonomike

Ndërkohë, familjet të cilat kanë në përbërje të tyre anëtarë me aftësi të kufizuara, të lindur ose të bërë të tillë, të cilët deklarohen të paaftë për punë me vendim të KMCAP-së, sipas shkronjave “b” dhe “c”, të nenit 8, të ligjit nr. 57/2019, “Për asistencën sociale në Republikën e Shqipërisë”; c) Individët përfitues të statusit, sipas ligjit nr. 8626, datë 22.6.2000, “Statusi i invalidit paraplegjik dhe tetraplegjik”, të ndryshuar; ç) Individët përfitues të statusit, sipas ligjit nr. 8098, datë 28.3.1996, “Për statusin e të verbrit”, të ndryshuar. Kompensimin, në masën 6 000 (gjashtë mijë) lekë të personave, që përfitojnë pension invaliditeti, sipas ligjit nr. 7703, datë 11.5.1993, “Për sigurimet shoqërore në Republikën e Shqipërisë”, të ndryshuar, për vitin 2022. Efektet financiare, që rrjedhin nga zbatimi i këtij vendimi, llogariten në shumën 396 642 000 (treqind e nëntëdhjetë e gjashtë milionë e gjashtëqind e dyzet e dy mijë) dhe përballohen nga fondi rezervë i buxhetit, për vitin 2022.
