The main secret to keeping the body in shape is the goal and not the means by which we achieve it. Well-known Albanian athlete, Klodiana Shala has underlined that even 7 minutes a day would be enough to do this.
"The secret is keeping me in shape, how we keep it in shape or swimming in the kitchen and climbing stairs, this is the main thing in our brain," she said speaking on the show Opinion.
"The main thing is to deal with physical activity, how, do I want to do 80 minutes, or less", she said, when asked by Blendi Fevziu how much is the shortest exercise, she answered "30 minutes".
"The shortest is love", said the other guest Arbër Çepani, whose statement caused hilarity in the studio.
Regarding this topic, the athlete said that there is a connection between physical activity and sex.
"There is a percentage and that of having sex with doing physical activity.
