What do you do before matches? Florian Marku reveals the strict routine and the key to success

The Albanian boxing champion, Florian Marku, invited this evening to "Let me talk" showed how his passion and work for boxing started.

Marku says that he grew up with the discipline of boxing and since the age of 12, he has been training intensively every day:

"From the age of 12, I grew up with that discipline. The training schedule was like the bread I ate. I always trained 3-4 hours a day. I wake up at 5-6 in the morning, it's a lot of dedication".

The most beautiful days for the champion are the days before and during the matches:

"When the week of the match comes, for me it is the most beautiful week. Thank goodness all the suffering is over, now it's time to enjoy the game. I enjoy the game. I'm happy when I go to the ring, it's what I want".

I will leave boxing the day I don't enjoy it anymore, adds Marku, because as he says "everything is done with desire, passion and love".

But what is the key to the boxer's success?

"When I enter the ring, I say how can I win. I believe this is the key to my success. There is no losing option for me, I have to find a way to win".

Is there anything Mark wishes he had done differently during his long career?

"I don't regret anything, because otherwise I wouldn't be where I am today. I'm happy for everything I've done", he answers in "Let me talk".
