Greece may declare Martial Law for the second time

Tani ja ku jemi: Greqia po bën gati të gjitha ‘mrrokullat’ për nisjen e një konflikti me Shqipërinë, e ndoshta një Ligj të Dytë të Luftës. Për herë të parë, Ligjin e Luftës kundër Shqipërisë e shpalli në Nëntor të vitit 1940. Ndërsa për herë të dytë mund ta shpallë, jo më vonë se në 28 Tetor 2023. Data po vjen, e kemi te dera. Edhe ngjashmëritë mes 28 Tetorit 1940 dhe 28 Tetorit 2023, ja ku i kemi, parasysh. Në 28 tetor 1940, ministri i Jashtëm i Italisë, përmes ambasadorit në Athinë, në zyrën kryeministrit Metaksas dorëzon Ultimatumin për pushtimin e  Greqisë. Kryeministri tha ‘Oqi’ (Jo!’. Megjithatë 160 mijë forca ushtarake italiane pushtuan Greqinë. Kjo do të ishte ngjashmëria mes Ligjit të Parë dhe Ligjit të Dytë, në simbolikë datash. Ngjashmëria e dytë e Ligjit të Dytë- 2023 me vitin 1940: Ushtria Italiane sulmoi Greqinë duke kaluar nëpër territorin shqiptar. Në kufirin tonë jugor u gjet i vrarë e me kokë të prerë një bari shqiptar, me origjinë nga Çamëria. Ai ishte Daut Hoxha. Gjithë ajo luftë u bazua mbi këtë ‘krim kundër njeriut’, që merrej në mbrojtje nga ‘monarko- fashistët’, siç i quante fjalori komunist shtetarët grekë dhe italianë të kohës.

The turn of the old political vocabulary comes naturally, while in the case of the new Athens-Tirana conflict there are some elements similar to 1940. The most recent element is the 'head of Beler' instead of the time of 'Hoxha'. Both are Muslim Albanians; one with roots in the land of Çameria (today Greece), and the other with roots in Progonat, Tepelena. Both used by Greece to fan the flames of Martial Law. The most important element (or war mrroculla) with which Greece is giving itself the 'official' right to attack Albania, is the 'Quislinge Government'. In Albania there is a 'quisling government' that has given itself the right to make war, cause riots, threaten and challenge the Law. Athina attached the candidate for Himara mayor, Beleri, to the Alliance between President Berisha and President Meta. Beler was packed and put in the diplomatic envelope: 'for Berisha and Meta'. Both of them took out their swords and fought against the Albanian state, in order for Bejler to be sworn in as the head of the 'minority' Himara and to be served a conflict with Greece.

But all three, Berisha, Meta and Beleri, are clandestine - in the official sense. Berisha is not president either; nor Meta- of course. Each of them and both together have no legal or moral value, both are leaders of an Anti-Western group. Not even Beleri himself is a valuable citizen who can run for the head of a community of citizens. He was captured by Greece itself in the killing of Albanian soldiers in 1994; has been criminally convicted for inciting national hatred; by the media in Greece he has been called a 'terrorist' linked to notorious organizations banned by law in Greece. But Greece has the 'right' to raise the Second Law of War against Albania. Because this is how, under these conditions, the First Law of War was established in 1940. Even then, the Monarchy of Greece was based on a 'Quisling Government' of Albania. Albania in 1940 had a Quisling government, not just a part like Berisha is today. Albania was occupied, it did not enjoy legal capacity nor political ability to undertake its movements on the political map of Europe. Albania had no sovereignty; he had neither diplomatic nor military authority.

Just like today the duo Berisha-Meta where the government of Greece is based.

Therefore it may happen that according to the First folly, it creates the Second Law: based on the clandestineness of 2023. The government of Greece itself is the 'clandestine government' according to the decision of the King of Greece of November 1940, still in force. King Konstad declared Albania an 'enemy' state. Also, the King of Greece declared 'any Greek government that has diplomatic relations with Albania' as an enemy government. According to the clandestine line of the Greek government to attack Albania, it follows that the Greek government itself is clandestine. But even the diplomatic ties between Albania and Greece are 'clandestine'. They were bound by the decision of the military junta of Papadhopuli in 1971, a junta that is not recognized by law. Within this anachronistic mess, the Greek government 'has the right' to declare Martial Law for the second time. Beler's head will be the War Totem.
