Albania became a piece of cake for our neighbors, Italians, Greeks, Serbs and Montenegrins, but the Albanians never once agreed with this situation regardless of the regimes that characterized it, they did not agree because it had to do with the national issue. But what is the "National Question" and how does it arise? "The National Question" arises under special conditions, when a nation or a country is oppressed by the occupiers, or when it is threatened with invasion by another country. The national issue, especially for small countries, should be kept in the center of attention and when those nations are going through a relatively peaceful situation.
