Minorities in Albania, right or pressure from neighbors?

Although Albania is a small country, it has made one of the most democratic constitutions in the Balkans and in Europe, taking into account the neighboring countries, some of which have not yet signed the law on human rights and freedoms of the UN. Two of the most tolerant articles of our Constitution with which Albania can eclipse the EU are:

Article 18.2. No one can be unfairly discriminated against for reasons such as gender, race, religion, ethnicity, language, political, religious or philosophical beliefs, economic, educational, social or parental status.

Article 24.1. Freedom of conscience and religion is guaranteed.

2. Everyone is free to choose or change religion or beliefs, and to manifest them

them individually or collectively, in public or in private life, through cult,

education, practices or performance of rites.

3. No one can be forced or forbidden to participate in a community

religion or its practices, and to make public his beliefs or faith.

All these Albanian policies and the Albanian people can be proud. However, after the victory of Western Democracy, many events and stories have happened in our country, such as emigration, population movements within the country, the forced destruction of all industrial facilities apparently induced from abroad to make Albania an importing country and a country without gates, another phenomenon is happening: the creation of minorities within the country, which is an innovation and the Albanian state in implementation of the Constitution of Albania precisely in implementation of these articles, the Government has proposed in the last meeting the draft law "On the Protection of National Minorities", making an addition to the minorities that Albania officially recognizes as national minorities. Thus, according to the law, the national minorities in the Republic of Albania are the Greek, Macedonian, Vlach/Arumanian, Roma, Egyptian, Montenegrin, Bosnian, Serbian. What stands out is that 3 of the minorities that will be recognized as national minorities have Slavic populations, including minorities (Macedonian, Serbian Montenegrins). The difference is that with the old law, the Greek minority, the Macedonian minority, and the Serbo-Montenegro minority were recognized as national ethnic minorities, while the Vlachs and Roma as ethno-linguistic minorities, while the Bosnians and Egyptians as communities (Albania officially has 8 national minorities, 3 of them Slavic | ResPublica).

It would be very good if the creation of minorities came as a result of the increase in civic consciousness to find their ethnicity, than it would come as a secret pressure to create these minorities only with the words of these interested citizens. The facts show that the creation of some minorities and their swelling has come more as an interest to get passports from EU countries or to get citizenship, or even money to favor political groups abroad, but the main cause is poverty. The time of the Pyramids is known when everyone became Albanian precisely because the big money came temporarily to Albania.

I think that the creation of some minorities is a form of pressure from the interested states, and from any other state the artificial enlargement of minorities would serve to show the EU that Albania is a heterogeneous state without a future, which needs to be directed and / or to be framed under another state, or to be re-incorporated according to the minorities, based on the right of the will of the majority of the population to become independent.

I think that the pressure to create artificial minorities in Albania is part of the policy strategies of the neighbors, mainly Greek, Bulgarian and Romanian, abusing the law on people's rights and freedoms.

The EU has accepted the ideas of these 3 countries: Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, that ethnicity and religion should be included in our Census. Why? They want to divide Albania and keep it weak, because they could not succeed by calling it Muslim so that it would not be accepted in the EU, representatives of new 'minorities' are constantly putting media pressure and on different platforms, for example, for the Vlachs:

First, there is no Muslim population or they left for Turkey.

Secondly. I think the idea of ??blowing up the Vlachs in Albania and Kosovo is a diabolical Greek-Serbian idea to show the EU that Albanians are not Albanians but a heterogeneous population, and as a result, Albania and Kosovo should be re-divided once again so that Greece and Serbia can take it.

There were two stratagems of Europe to divide Albania:

 From 1878-1912, when Albania was divided, until 1990, Albanians were not included in the EU because they are Muslim and Turkish.

 After 2013 and until today, the Greek-Serbian-Bulgarian-Romanian stratagem, seeing that the Albanians are getting stronger as states, are interfering by abusing the law of human rights and freedoms, forcing Albanian politics to accept pseudo-minorities such as Bulgarians, Serbs, Bosnian, Egyptian, Montenegrin, Turkish, Vlach, and Greek.

 Why are they pushing this? In order to divide the Albanians, who are also of several religions, and some are atheists, but seeing that religious coexistence is strong - the neighboring policies have changed strategies, they have entered the weak point of the poor Albanians: the desire to get rich quickly and without working: they are giving passports, pensions, money to create minorities where pseudo-Greekness prevails. This policy of neighbors has been successful so far and the Albanian state must react without fail. This problem has also happened in the orthodox religion since something very small was changed; not the Albanian autocephalous orthodox church according to Albanian patriotic clergy with Fan Noli at the head - in the autocephalous orthodox church of Albania. This is where the Greek devil sleeps: saying that there are not only Albanians in Albania, they are even in the minority???!!! The second aspect of the devil is that Orthodoxy does not recognize nationality, so for Albania this religion has no nationality and therefore it is not an Albanian church???!!! Thus, dividing the Orthodox Albanians, they forget that all the churches have Greek, Serbian, Romanian, Bulgarian names, and as a result they are also Albanian and not of Albania. So the two evils of the Greek policy for Albania to put pressure on the next Census, especially for the number of esimtres and automatically for the number of minorities!!! Therefore, it is imperative that Albanian Orthodoxy be built on Noli and patriotic clergy, because every country has its saints and martyrs, but Albania does not and that is a shame. Albania reported national minorities according to the censuses as 44,570 people in 1960, 54,687 people in 1979 and 64,816 people in 1989. In the population and housing census conducted in 2011, minorities result in 52,700 individuals in Albania, or 1.9% of the country's population (Albania officially has 8 national minorities, 3 of them Slavic | ResPublica). According to the data extracted from this census on the resident population, according to ethnicity and culture, it results:

Greek minority 24,243 (individuals)

Macedonian minority 5,512

Montenegrin minority 366

Minority Arumun (Vllah) 8,266

Roma minority 8.301

Then the question arises; why when the EU countries do the Census they don't have the nationality but the citizenship and the religion (some of them)? Why should Albania put `ethnicity' in the Census at a time when taking advantage (for me abused) of the Law of Human Rights and Freedoms, the policies of neighboring countries can tell their minorities and those who need passports, pensions , money, etc., to express how they ``feel themselves'' as Albanians or otherwise……. Marking ``how you feel alone'' in the Census is an absurdity, because it resembles a funny surreality, because the interest will be written there and not the reality, the desire will be written and not the fact, the impact of the person's purchase will be written. and not of dignity and respect towards this person. This will distort the next Census and Albania will have consequences from these criteria that, even if optional, will harm the Albanian state. Always the small states unwittingly fall prey to the diabolical wishes of the larger states, and even worse when these states have political-economic interests towards small countries like Albania. We hope that the Albanian state and the Albanian people, if they are patriotic, will not fall prey to the neighbor's kulache regardless of poverty or not.
