The difference between our two MPs!

The difference between our two MPs!

(And why my friends and I don't vote in the elections on May 14 this year). It is about a legal problem, which ignores the rights of some ordinary citizens, and on the other hand, the Ministry of Justice, with its head, who mocks these fools, not even accepting a direct meeting. I, the author of this observation, have written several times to the head of the department in question for a meeting. In one case, he assigned another person from the administration, who waited on me, but did not solve the problem. I repeated the request for a meeting with the Minister of Justice in Tirana, or in Lezha, where he often comes for his work, but I never received a positive answer, or a justifying reason. The only response of the administration of this ministry, for the solution of our problem, has been "legal obstacle", which according to them, "it must be improved to solve the problem"!!! But who has the duty to intervene to propose and remove legal "obstacles" that prevent the realization of the citizen's legal rights?! Isn't it precisely the Ministry of Justice that has this duty?! Regarding the problem in question, I also contacted two members of the Assembly, where laws are drafted and approved. But in these two contacts, I found two opposite attitudes. The first, our MP here in Lezhë, Eduard Ndreca, met me on the eve of the elections for the Assembly of Albania, he listened to my problem and promised to help me, giving me his phone number. The elections were held, Mr. Ndreca won the mandate of deputy, but . . .after that he forgot the promise he had given me. He didn't even open my phone anymore, not even answering my phone messages. even, in one case I received this reply in the message: "I am not the person you are looking for . . .!” I proved that it was precisely the deputy Eduardi, but he had forgotten his promises, because . . . had already received the votes! The second was the deputy of Vlora, Mr. Vullnet Rruzhdi Sinaj. Mr. Vullnet, as soon as I asked him for a meeting, he accepted and welcomed me in Tirana. I talked to him about the same problem, he listened to me attentively, he noticed that indeed the law related to our problem had a legal obstacle that needed to be fixed. I was deeply impressed by the reception and the warm conversation with Mr. Vullnet, who that day came from Vlora to Tirana to meet me. The question arises: Why this difference between the two deputies. They go there with the people's vote. They are paid there with the people's money. Those there should also think about improving the legal "obstacles", related to certain categories of people. Why doesn't the deputy have the sensitivity, concern and desire to solve such a simple problem, like that of my friends and people?! Maybe other citizens too! While they want legal changes and improvements, why is this law not improved? And who else but the Ministry of Justice brings the proposal for regulation and improvement to the Assembly?! But what is the problem? It is about giving compensation to the politically persecuted. In our case, the persecuted does not live, and the heirs are not given the compensation of their man. The opposite has happened to many others, that compensations have been given to the heirs of the persecuted even after the death of their persecuted people. The solution to this problem, does not bring any great benefit to the heirs of their persecuted, but this issue is related to the honor and dignity of our dear person, the sister of three brothers, who was unjustly punished by the previous regime, but now a few years after the separation of her life, democracy is condemning her again! It is precisely this injustice, which is related to our honor and dignity, which makes us question our vote for the members of the Assembly, and for other local government elected officials. I, the author of this article, together with other descendants of the persecuted in question, have voted for the Socialist Party for 30 consecutive years. But on May 14, neither the socialists nor any other political force will vote. What is the meaning of our vote, when it is not valued and ignored?!
