In the local by-elections of March 6, 2022, Rama of "Open Balkan" won first and "non grata" Berisha, second.

How is it possible that Edi Rama wins in the by-elections in Albania, despite the extreme poverty and unemployment, despite the unimaginable corruption, despite the exodus; despite the scandalous rise in prices and poverty; and despite the pro-Serbian policy of the anti-Albanian minishengen. And how is it possible that after Edi Rama, Berisha wins, declared by the US "non grata" for corruption and obstruction of justice and democracy.
And who explains these: Rama accuses Meta, Berisha and Basha; Meta and Berisha accuse Rama and Basha and Basha accuses the Bermuda triangle Berisha-Meta-Rama. All four claim to be pro-American, but accuse each other of being pro-Serb; Albania's four top politicians talk about fighting corruption but accusing each other of corruption. Who explains these and what they do as failed and deceitful politicians?
And the other where is it hidden and where is democracy lost, and where is the will of the people as long as the majority of them do not go to the polls?
Therefore, the question arises as to who can explain this reality, as: voters are either satisfied with this policy, or accept the reality with this political elite, or corruption has penetrated very deeply into society, or Albanians have lost faith that they can line of change to occur.
