There are two great periods of Albanian state education after the glorious efforts of our national Renaissance, for language and education. The two most important state periods of education and schooling are the period of the Monarchy and that of the previous dictatorship regime. The monarchy made possible the national affiliation of our education. It increased the demand and especially gave it a national, educational, serious character of education in Albania after the wars and especially after the unstable governments since 1920. Ivanaj's reforms and then the demand for civic and absolutely European education without forgetting the national one should make us proud of the education of the monarchy. Of course, even this time is full of shortcomings, especially of a logistical and massive character, but in general the nationality and love for education of the younger generation was fantastic not to say the best in all times of the Albanian state starting from the 1920s. The dictatorship has made mass education in Albania. I must emphasize that despite such ideology and stupidity in our school, education in science and culture was extremely significant and good. But the dictatorship created the ubiquitous mass teacher and such education. Both periods, such as the Monarchy and the Dictatorship, respected teaching and paid the teacher, creating respect for him and the impressive number of teachers in Albania. Both the Monarchy and the Dictatorship created education when teachers were full of men and women. The monarchy had a hard time introducing women at first, but it started in the 1930s, while the dictatorship introduced the education of Albanian students and women. The university was set up and technical and high schools were set up full of auditoriums and laboratories everywhere in Albania en masse. What education do we have today? First: we have not changed the name doing like all of Europe - Minister of Education. The big national and European issue in education is missing from the title of the ministry. We practically do not care about education. Second: not a single reform of education has been completed from kindergartens to universities. Shame on us in the 30s, we do not have a completed reform in our mass education and if we want to say private. We have additions and political projects which have replaced the ideology we inherited from the dictatorship. Yes, we went from an ideological school to a politically full school full of such teachers and leaders from the ninth grade to universities. This is a shame. They do not want to accept it, but that is the truth. Third: today secondary and lower secondary education fills only letters and has forgotten education, teaching. Today at school there is little teaching and letters are filled to say that - we are teaching. Shame fiction and stupidity. Fourth: the teacher (the teacher, because there are 90% of women employed in education) has lost the weight of the title she has. Respect and persuasion of the class in it not to be serious in work and direction. If there is gender discrimination (inverse) this is in education when men do not want and mainly do not put anyone in teaching (nor direction) being an excessive minority and removing from school the discipline and family model, which has a mother and a father. But not just the mother. In recent years this has become disgusting. In this way, women are also discriminated against, turning education into an employment only for women (as shameful as tailors) and insignificant, but also removing the weight of gender equality idiotically in Albania. Fifth: education has already received almost deadly blows from the lack of seriousness in higher education for the output of devoted teachers who have actually taught and taken examinations in pedagogy and education in the respective faculties. These faculties have lost their "seals" and are being emptied to fill those of medicine and law or economics and left empty those of education with the mentality that "teachers will come out". There are no math teachers today and there are no language teachers. Sixth: in Albania, Albanian is being degraded, which is the determinant of nationality in our school. Today English is taught early and many times and Albanian is not taught. Yes, instead of teaching the Albanian language until university. Today it is more important to get a foreign language degree than Albanian and students who can not write Albanian graduate from universities. This is the greatest shame of all governments since 1992. The shame of all Albanian ministers of education. Seventh: portals are the political nonsense that has fired the teacher, the teacher with his real weight at work and have rewarded mostly female individuals who bring more letters. The portal has raised the pedestal of "party teachers" and the departure of teachers of the homeland. He ousted the people of the profession and teaching and placed the party talkers in front of exactly the party leaders. Much worse than in dictatorship. Nor did the dictatorship go so down with its appointments. Eighth: both sides of politics like SP and PD are equally models of not creating European and national education in Albania. They are models of the destruction of education and its weight in the Albanian society. And this is the worst and most hopeless moment that this system can ever be fixed. The lesson is over, the school and its great social weight are over, and the figure of the teacher in front of the student is over. It has ceased to exist in society, school educational morality and even worse in the private where money is paid and then it no longer matters what a child, teenager or young person learns and learns. And this is not anger on my part, but true as a story. Yes and almost everyone knows. It must be said that with today's government there are more regulated and new schools and this can not be denied. It takes another generation more sincere, aware and better educated by parents or even abroad to turn our education into national and massive and not of vain, idiotic and stuffed papers to write what certainly does not work.
