Why in part I am with the Muslim brothers

Why in part I am with the Muslim brothers

I not only do not love violence but I hate it. So even though I was over 60, I was not punched or punched, although in both high school and high school I learned dozens of ways of self-defense. This feeling has been a product of both family and religious education, so little that I got in the early 1960s when we were taught that "even if you shoot on one page, turn the other page". But this feeling was imposed on me more when from the first lessons of high school we were reminded of the postulate that "war is the continuation of politics by means of violence." Therefore, when I saw the film sequences where one of the Myslimi brothers in the premises of the Court of Vlora grabbed Judge Besho from the cell, I did not approve of this action. But I want to point out that only this action contradicts my principles that on the whole I am with the Muslim brothers. I do not do this because I have a special acquaintance with them. I have almost equal acquaintances with the three parties to the conflict, the Myslimi brothers, the administrator Tepelena and Judge Besho. If it were that I would be influenced in the administration of justice by recognition, I would otherwise agree. I give them the right only for the topic of the problem they face. An entire tribe owns a certain area of ??land that to activate, they give it to a construction firm that has the opportunity to build a palace. Make the regular contract to receive in exchange for the donated land a part of the construction. So far their relationship is to be envied. It should even be said that it is the entrepreneurs who play the role of "beggar" and use a thousand and one tricks to persuade the landowners to sign. As soon as this process ends, the roles change, it is the landowners who become beggars past the beggars. This is because most entrepreneurs are wordless in relation to the relationship they should have with the owners. Although there is an act of agreement signed by both parties in the presence of a notary, the whims of those in charge of building the palace are very different. Not only that, but they have built the agreement with legal trickery and based on the practice of Albanian justice. At the end of the agreement they state that any dispute is resolved through the court. Here sleeps the "trick rabbit". Knowing in detail the level of our judges so far and the practice of what happens in these cases, they violate the agreement with both feet and wait for Serb-Serbs to be summoned to court by the opposing party. There they use the strangest tricks and come out… winners. A man like me who has experienced on his shoulders such a flagrant case and at the same time who for reasons of profession is familiar with dozens of similar cases believes that the Muslim brothers are right. But even regular readers have seen TV sequences in quite a few cases of conflicts between ordinary citizens and various builders who are not only not correct with them, but also resent them through the police. And surprisingly in such cases, behind a negligent builder and who is not correct with the citizens hides either a strong ruler or a representative of justice. Since in these confrontations they do not put human logic, nor the correct legal logic, but spin through the labyrinths of useless words until they find an excuse to make the builder the winner. I made an agreement with my builder that I would donate the land and the apartment to get the percentage that belonged to me according to the% of time. During the time the construction was done I would live on rent to be paid by the builder. The contract was for two years. In the meantime the palace was not ready for habitation and I, like all the others involved in this enterprise, a total of 20 people, continued to live in rent and pay for it myself, because the owner had fled in the "unsuspecting direction" and had left behind some help that they did not understand from the contract we had made. After almost a calendar year we were told that we had ready the contracts with the electricity and water supply and if we wanted we could go to the apartments we had to get and the last shortcomings we could fix ourselves. To escape the rent, but also to be in our apartment, we ran. We have been living there for 12 years, we still pay for electricity and water, but we have not yet received the ownership certificate. This is because the owners are not ready to make the relevant change and make various excuses. We go to the Cadastre and they tell us that for reasons of confidentiality they tell us that the palace has been thrown for legalization, but it has been blocked for reasons that we should not know. We learn through internal sources that the company is in debt to taxes about 400 million ALL. We have made it clear to the tax authorities and Artan Lames such a fact that it has nothing to do with our relationship with the builder, but even those in unison with the owners take us to court. We want to go there and close this problem once and for all, but the lawyers we agree on are not sure of our victory. Well we are cowards but the state of Artan Lames, which is giving ownership certificates to those who looted land over the years how does it allow these builders who while they owe millions to the state, allow them to continue other construction? Or there are more. My builder made an additional floor and while in the agreement it is written in black on white that "in this case a new agreement is concluded between us for the respective benefit" it has not been implemented by the builder for ten years. He finished the floor, 1500 square meters sold it all for 550 euros per square meter and put in his pocket 825,000 euros and he does not give me the 18,000 euros that belongs to me for the supplement, but shows me the court doors. I consulted with prominent lawyers in the Albanian bar such as Xhilin (Virgjil Karajin), Idajet Beqiri and Professor Aldo Zadrima who assured me that I was legally and formally right. I also went there and a judge, a product of poplars, stalked us for 18 months with useless postponements of hearings and in the end he said that he could not express himself legally for a property that has not yet been legalized by the cadastre. The simplest and most logical question in this case is: did the judge know from the first hearing that legalization had not taken place, why did it take 18 hearings to express this? Why did I have to submit to her almost a thousand sheets of official documents proving the source of my property and why did I have to pay about 1000 euros to the expert who finally spoke in my favor? When the trial ended I did not have any accurate information, but later I learned that while I never met the judge in person the opponent had sent her an envelope with 5000 euros. This is true, but I do not have the facts at hand (because they want facts that are not easy to find) to denounce. The superior instances of the judge where I complained tell me to wait while I also wait for the Appeal. And I wait, I pay for lights and water for 12 years and I continue to live in the apartment that is and is not mine. According to the judge, "de facto mine but de jure not yet". The Myslimi brothers have the same problem, but they could not endure like me and tens of thousands of others, in Tirana and in the districts, and did the judges remove the veladon. In fact, it's legally possible for the state to take it away from it, which should be the protector of the law and its citizens who are left at the doors of the courts and are not finding that damn justice. Like the brothers in question who had 10 years wandering through those doors.
